The top graph is Okayu's recent outfit reveal with no overlap peaked 70k between 20:00 and 21:00.
Immediately before, Hololive combined for 70k already with 35k, 15k, 10k from Koyori, Kanata, and Sakamata.
Immediately after, the rest of Hololive comes back online with first army members in Miko, Pekora, and Subaru easily breaking 100k together.
Obviously first army is going to have more viewers. But viewers funneled in from live JP streams into the outfit reveal and naturally funneled out to the streams that came after it.

In the middle is NijiEN's graph of Luxiem outfit reveals and the bottom is HoloJP+EN for Mumei's outfit reveal. NijiEN and HoloEN basically have the same graph.
In Luxiem's case, we have an army of 3view and low 4views making up 4-6k total viewers. The outfit reveal medley peaked just under 90k. And then back to business with a "strong" 3view stream a few hours later.
For Mumei, on the EN side, we had a small 4k zatsu before the reveal and a typical 2k shitter from Mori an hour later end. The JP side hardly bled and barely picked up much of anything afterwards.

Why is EN (of all kinds) completely incapable of funneling in and out of events? Where are these viewers (?) coming from and where are they going to?
