Nta, but same, becoming dependent on a sleep aid sounds like a bad time. One tip I’ve heard of but never have tried is you’re supposed to get up and walk around and then doing something boring like read a book once every 20 minutes. Apparently if you pass the 20 minute mark but keep laying in bed then your just wasting time.

As for a sleep spell, I hope this concoction serves you well.
