Alright! Now THIS is as good as I can get her at my skill level. Going to copy and paste the stuff from the last time. Enjoy. The filesize has nearly doubled from 1.5mb to 2.6mb. Terribly sorry dial-up users. I fixed the eyebrows mostly, with some of the very exaggerated default expressions you'll still need to adjust manually. I forgot she had earrings too so I added those, added the heels, fixed the back of the ears, added some leg straps, and gave her some generic alt outfits. For all other outfits I moved all her head accessories so she'll look like herself no matter what you put her in. Here's a list of things that can still be improved:

-Eye shape. Layna's eyes have a very sharp downward turn on the inside. I couldn't get that look for the life of me in Koikatsu
-Eyeshadow. Used all the makeup slots on more noticeable things, but Layna's also got a pretty heavy bit of black eyeshadow that I didn't include because the only way to do so would be a face overlay and I am not at all good enough to do those.
-Small, but the black mark under her right eye could also more accurately be recreated via facial overlay. This is using a makeup accessory pre-included so it's definitely not perfect.
-THE SYRINGES. I spent so long trying to get those working and I have them at a level I would barely call satisfactory. Please adjust and improve upon them.
-She's got kind of an open back look in Koikatsu even though I don't think she does in reality. Her hair will cover this up from almost any angle, but if you crave accuracy be careful when taking pics of her from behind.
-The dress. This is a very fucking slapdash job. It'll probably look fine with a bit of finessing in single screenshots, but awkward if you don't take the time to pose it.
