I'll help out my shoggas with what I do on Android since I know how it feels to miss out:
I think Twitter has "smart notifications" meaning their app does its best to not send you too many notifications if the app thinks you're asleep/away.
I enable dev options and then the option for the screen to stay on when it's charging. It's called "Don't lock screen" on my phone but it might be different for you depending on your phone's manufacturer.
I then connect my phone and keep the screen on my notifications tab in the twitter app while I sleep and I get notifications for almost every tweet. Helped me wake up for this round of stalking tweets.
Just a heads up overcharging/keeping your phone constantly charging can DESTROY your battery health. You've been warned. You might be able to minimize the effect of this by connecting your phone to something with less power output but I haven't bothered messing around with that.
