As someone who hates NijiEN, but also hates being a retarded sheep, this has been a very awkward affair for me. From everything we've seen her termination was probably justified. That doesn't mean Niji isn't a dogshit company with bullying, favoritism and non-existent management, but those are two different matters, only one of which we have actual proof for.
