I use White Rabbit semi-frequently for 2434 goods since they offer DHL. They're pretty reliable so long as you don't expect them to order things in a single day. There was a week where they were supposed to slow down on orders/shipping because they were moving offices, but I preordered Mito's birthday goods late and they prioritized my request so I didn't miss the window.
I'd go ahead and shoot them an email or use the order's conversation message box to contact them if you want. It's nice that they have people who'll respond to you directly.
