That's all rhetoric, not only do they not need talent freedom, what Gura's doing is actually in line with talent freedom; she's defying authority as she sees it. Freedom would only lead to more of the same, more independent stances would pop up as management and talent culture drifted apart as their internal council grew.

It's funny, Gura gets to be the shark because she's perfectly shaped and evolved to be a cutsey streamer, she is almost effortlessly aborable.
