Has anyone here ever taken a transpacific flight before? I have and I’m curious if other people also had the same experience with jet lag where your body really doesn’t struggle that much to adjust to the new time in Asia, but the return trip to NA fucks you up for a while. Which, if the norm seems weird to me since you would think it’d be easier for your body to simply adjust back to the time you’re normally accustomed to.
