Yeah, I'm pretty sure that when they announced they were doing it it was basically "for training" because none of them had much experience in the game yet, aka they didn't necessarily want to look stupid in front of the JP senpai. It seems that they voluntarily decided on doing their own server, so I'd chalk it up to pure naivete of them not realizing at all what they were doing or why Holo minecraft is so big - all the endless collabs and social mingling moments and stupid little competitions/grudges etc. Starting vanilla nukes all that cross potential dead. My rrat would be that probably Kiara and Ina knew what a serious fucking mistake it was, but somewhere between Mori/Gura/Ame pushed for it and because it's such a strong buff game they relented.

At the time they started their server, they were new and riding all the hype so they could still make vanilla, barren world Minecraft into big streams/collabs - but now here we are only 5 months later and the server is rather fucking dead and un-hype. Many of Kiara's streams are literally her wandering around doing jack shit, so are Ina's. Gura wouldn't even play on the actual server vs trying other modes. They don't really have anything to do or any specific goals. Apparently some things like the Ender Dragon are just too hard and they clearly don't have the motivation for big construction projects. No shit they don't, because there's nobody else around to see them and no friendly competition like on the JP server.

I'd fucking suggest that they all start an EN construction company on the JP server and, for example build Atlantis on there because JP already has a guardian farm perfectly suited for that, and ENs could then do it as a group project instead of expect Gura to solo it which she clearly doesn't want to tackle.

I've heard some people call Towa lazy but I think she's a hard worker.
