you've never heard of the Addams Family? Juliet is nice but she's very tall, the jacket makes it look like she has wide shoulders, no different faces, no costumes, and model cant turn to the side without doing that rhombus gura thing
it's a shame since she is very nice and a pleasant streamer, just that model is really off-putting and they haven't even talked about fixing it in any way
