I'm sorry to hear that. As annoying as it is, you just have to accept that you're never going to be with her all the time. Life gets in the way sometimes, that's just how it has to be, but you can't let that time without her affect you so much. Whatever's going on, it isn't forever and you will see her again. You're always going to be able to reunite with her again once the day is through, you just need to try to stay strong in the meantime when you're not with her.
Part of growing up is learning to be more mature and independent after all. While she can help you and make you happier when she is with you, you can't rely on her so heavily that you can barely function without her because the fact of the matter is it's just not possible for her to be with you 24/7, so you need be able to hold yourself together even if she isn't with you for a while. I'm certain she'd tell you the same thing. She'd want you to still keep a smile on your face even in her absence.
