This is the important part. He DID listen. He even edited the video accordingly. And what happened next? And by the way, Vshojo NEVER gave us any evidence that they asked Nux not to post the video before he posted it, not a single message. He, however, gave us plenty proving otherwise. They watched it, they greenlit it, they thanked him, and then on Nyanners' command, they tried to bury him instead. This is such a black and white issue, I have no idea how braindead you have to be to side with Vshojo when presented with all the evidence.
