just avoid any shampoos with parabens or sulfates, and don't overshampoo so it doesn't strip your scalp of natural oils, co-wash with conditioner if your hair responds well to it (basically just washing with just conditioner, redken is a good brand); oils =/= moisturizing, conditioning matters more. the only annoying part is figuring out what your hair type and skin type is and going trial and error until you see what works for you
