I've watched every single NijiEN debut and at least 5 solo streams and 2 collabs with every NijiEN, and that shit peaked with Lazulight+Obsydia. Since then, EN's livers have struggled with consistency in stream and talent quality.

Isn't as fujo-pandering as /vt/ would have you believe, but it's definitely there. The boys only seem to shine when they're in scenarios without the BFE, which is pretty much only in collabs for some of them, Shu being a standout exception in my opinion.

Opened really poorly, but some have improved over time. Yugo and Alban feel like both permanently exist in a state of being in over their heads. Uki is good when he cuts loose and is comfortable, which is pretty much only in collabs. I hate Sonny for PL reasons, so I'm biased against him, but I can't deny his abilities. Fulgur is the best male for Solo streams in Nijisanji and it's not even fucking close.

Still too early to tell, but they're not inspiring confidence with these debuts. That's probably just Niji's rushed debut formula working against them, though. It's really hard to sell yourself in 20~25 minutes when 80% of that is scripted and/or taken up by trailers/lore videos. Scarle's revenge stream isn't doing her favors, though.

Your most consistently high-performing livers with consistently good, interesting content are still mostly Lazulight and Obsydia.

The TF2 global collab was kino, but it and streams like it are an increasingly scarce rarity. D&D is fun and I definitely want more TTRPG content in general, but it is ultimately a collab. NijiEN is leaning too hard on the group being interesting as a collective when they need to focus up and improve their overall solo stream quality, which will always suffer as long as they keep hiring planks of wood and giving them anime avatars where the best part is only visible on a reference sheet.
