Ok I've done a lot of investigation on the topic of Enna's memberships. I think I can produce a conclusion.

Members are gifted or bought during a stream, which produces an event the Youtube API picks up. However it can't detect automatic renewals which is the default setting upon buying a membership. Case in point, Enna got about 800 members over the course of May, but a recent membership poll of hers has about 2.1k votes. That means a majority of her members are automatic renewals.

We know that on January 7th, Enna complained on twitter about losing two emote slots, she used to have 50 but dropped to 48

This means that she lost enough members to drop from over 5k, to below 4.8k.

Although her automatic renewals are unknown, they must be a very substantial number. Here are the number of members+gifted members the Youtube API picked up for Enna over the preceding months.
-- November: 1558
-- December: 1008
She got less incoming members in December than she did in November, and that was enough to drop her 2 emote slots. Because she got about 500 less, this places her memberships in December between 5100 - 5300, while her memberships in January dropped to 4600-4800. For a good round estimate, we can assume her memberships in early January were 4700. This suggests that she has about 3700 automatic-renewals.
After complaining about losing her slots, her fans blamed youtube and dumped gifted memberships on her which got her slots back. February was her birthday month and she got a bunch more.
-- January: 2185
-- February: 1646
-- May: 797
Her totals for May are about 800, with her 3700 automatic-renewals, that places her at an estimate of 4500 members. Of course with the removal of ARS, certainly less people are hanging onto memberships these days. Also her popularity has declined with the rest of the branch. But even with these effects, it would be incredibly unusual if she dropped below 4k members.

Now what about the argument that she's only getting low-currency memberships?
It isn't true for her superchats. Pic related is her superchats for May, and the average value of them is a ratio of 0.87 USD by value, and 0.85 USD by number. Basically every superchat she gets can be discounted by about 15% for currency devaluation.
(Consider also that she actually has 2 membership tiers, the higher tier costing twice as much. She has who knows how many superfans paying her double.)

What about the notion that Anycolor takes a bigger percentage of the memberships than the superchats? It's not true, Youtube combines Adsense, Membership, and Superchat into one payout, and then Anycolor takes half, after youtube's 30% cut that is. This leaves the talent with 35% of the gross.
Therefore with 4500 members, Enna can be expected to earn this much:
(4500 members)x($5)x(12 months)(.85 devaluation)x(.35 cut) = $80,325 per year
That is memberships ALONE and she earns an average of $8000 in superchats per month, which equates to:
($8000)x(12 months)x(.35 cut) = $33,600 per year.
Therefore based on her youtube analytics alone, not including voicepacks, conventions, and all the rest, Enna earns about $114k per year.

This drastically conflicts with her statements on stream, which suggest she's on the borderline of poverty, and exposes her as a liar.
