Semantics, but purchases are made "for" an amount. Someone sufficiently schizo could figure out your first language based on this pecularity. We can rule out Spanish - por/for is too easy not to carry over directly. Arabic is a possible contender, the "prefix" ب "bi" is used colloquially when describing how much one paid for something - "with" would be an accurate direct translation in this instance.
