I just googled entertainment lawyers in my city and got a bunch of results. I would suggest that OP look for a well-reviewed firm in her city and set up an appointment for an entertainment lawyer to read through her contract. Rhis way she can understand what she's legally obligated to do and not do, what issues may exist in the contract, and what is enforable under law. As we have seen with the Nijisanji contracts, a lot of their clauses could not be enforced in USA/CAN
