If people in real life order this than a nut pizza would definitely exist. Besides I don't think Vitubia have "standardized" pizzas. Since we don't yet have mas immigration from a country that first produced something like this with a country that has enough soft power projection to popularise such food. In Vitubia there are probably multiple types of open face, baked doughy pies toped with cheese and some kind of sauce. Like say the Risuners probably have some kind of flat bread eaten with cheese and a pesto like sauce while /who/ has early Neapolitan pizzas.
