I am motivated, but lately, I have not been pushing myself to failure as hard and I cannot tell why. Now that I think about it, it is not really a lack of motivation I have, but rather a lack of focus. I need to focus really hard or else I stop doing pullups when I just barely achieved failure. And for more focus, I need to have a goal in my mind. But I cannot quite imagine that goal clearly, therefore, I need to read how that goal looks like from other hag bros so that I do not lose focus. I am still quite the way from one arm pullups, but I am getting closer.
