7x7 boxes (49 total) start with a flat square in the middle, then rotate it left and right, then spin each one up and down

learn loomis method for head construction, then do a 9x9 grid of heads

the boxes alone will wear you out but its excellent volume + perspective practice.
lastly, legit just draw your oshi over and over, or whatever style you want to imitate. After you've gotten the basics, you will have an understanding of where you want to go from there, and then just watch youtube videos from proko, marc brunet, or mikeymegamega
