You know why Holos like Pekora or Miko don't have this problem? Or why Noel does imaginary streams when she had to go away from her viewers for 2 weeks?
It's because they fucking LOVE streaming and entertaining their viewers.
Offline workload and shit can maybe cause problems to their BODIES forcing them into breaks, but they will NEVER get "le burnout" because this isn't a job for them.
Streaming is FUN for them. They get energy from them. Some holos even stream to RELAX of all things. Like how people play games after work. Except here, playing games IS their work.

JP holos take breaks due to menhera shit, not being able to disconnect themselves from social media negativity, or due to physical problems with their bodies. None of them have ever experienced this "burnout", they don't even have a word for it. Because all of them LOVE their fans and LOVE streaming and entertaining them.
