Selen has made all these insane connections because she works for Nijisanji, if she leaves, nobody would know who the fuck she is outside of a small group of people and gone are those connections, or anyone willing to give her a chance BECAUSE she's part of a corporation(yes, some companies wont look at you unless you got some hefty backup.)
It makes no sense for her to graduate, she's to ambitious and being with nijisanji lets her do a lot of shit.

Depends on the beat em up but yes, a lot of them have a level of depth and mechanical complexitiy and how you handle mobs and bosses, the one I posted has a variety of moves that can OTG, break super armor, you can do crazy combos and the like, but most of that stuff flies over zoomers heads.
