The training of lusquires generally takes about 5 years, this might instead be around 4 and a half since the lunaitos in this case are on an accelerated learning schedule for their code of chivalry, but I think each nation would have around a year and a few months with the group of foreignaitos. They're all literal children aside from the chaperones and a good portion might be younger than 13 so they're not at all trained since this is their training, throwing them into the schizo deeps is totally fine but they probably wont be effective in battle unless trained intensely before hand. The point of the cross country training is to get them used to the different foreign nations so that even if they don't stay in /mep/ as lunar reinforcements, they still have an option of going to the other nations as an actual special unit who would then be alot more like the Swiss Guard (i dont know what that is but I assume they're tough military super guys.
