Stronny, I know you read this thread.
Here's a wild idea.
What about NOT using Twatter for the NSFW accounts? You can create a VAllure server in Mastodon, which is a Twitter-like app, but with separate servers where you make your own rules, like you would in Discord.
I'm not even sure Mastodon is the best fit, but there are anons here who know all of these alternatives and can advise you.
