Cute monstergirl ! id advise you to add more head accesories, i'm seeing an eye theme why not add more "eye-catching" elements, the most obvious one would be eye balls on a bow and it would break the simetric nature. I saw it should be a zombie too so maybe some accessories that could indicate it since you dont want to add stitches, I like the rat idea!
And why not make it a more pastel goth with decora elements? that could be interesting to see especially since her hair are making the rope thingy you could indicate on the bangs accesories that she is a zombie, and probably died due to suicide. But you need to try to convey who she is with some clothing and accesories that match her personality so it would be cool if we'd know who she is!
