Right now it's sitting only at 856 words which is actually quite a bit less because it's a lot more notes for perspective plot points than it is content. I have a vague idea of how the first 25% will be, but I'm nervous about execution. I want it to be more episodic at first but that's something I've never tried before.

People said in the first book that Botan was far too cold compared to her real counterpart so my aim is to explain /why/ she become so cold in the first book. She'll be a lot more Botan-like this time but life will harden her sorta thing. I know nobody is really excited for it most likely but nonetheless I hope you'll read it when I finish the first chapter. I'm going to put all the critiques from the first book into practice so here's hoping the sequel is a better book.
