Because people assume you watch streams. She made a joke about it that even got translated in the timestamp comment literally the last zatsudan. I think she made a joke about it sometime early December too, and she talked about it at length during the stream the "why Suisei doesn't do voicepacks" clip is from, and finally she talked about it at length during the Christmas members' only stream.
