It is but 99% of the reason for that is just the ability to leech. The ideal endgame for the twitch chuuba is basically the Griftermouse/Nyanners/Veibae situation where you enter the higher fleshtuber sphere.
And since simulcasting exists even those that want to be Youtubers for some reason only get benefits from simulcasting on twitch as well.

I do hope twitch continues fucking over vtubers in favor of fleshthots just to make it more miserable for them though.
