I'm so fucking glad the yellow lipstick is gone, but I'm not a fan of the rest of the design. The super bulky jacket with the stick arms and legs is such a fucking weird look, on top of making her super top heavy with all the designs on her arms and such and then bare legs. It's kind of a shame too, since Haru had one of the more interesting and unique designs amongst the witches, especially with her urban shaman second look even if properly animating her skirt and not having it be a clipping mess was difficult as hell I'm sure.
