I’ll never give up hope though. Mori said ON STREAM, yes, CALLIOPE MORI, that her Charlie collab ban was unblocked (sometime after Council debuted), and she was pushing for that very hard before it was.
Granted she hasn’t done it yet, but that just tells us that these things can change. I hoped it would be the birthdays, but realistically the “ban” MIGHT go away after EN3 debuts or wave 6, if not their next birthdays.
If it’s still blocked with all 4 of those events passed then I give up all hope lmao
