Neuro sounds more schizo than usual today.
And I feel the main problem with new voice is trying into emotion, it seems to apply at random and it makes her sound really awkward at times, like finishing a sentence in a tone sounding like she intends to keep talking. Get rid of it and all good I'd say.

I'm no expert in all this neuronetwork shit, but I feel like making Neuro-sama anything more than a simple chatbot will be a gargantuan task and no amount of resources will help with that.
