You cannot say, /vt/ is dying. I have a similar feeling that it feels like that but the activity is consistent for about 2 years now. I guess, people jump on the new stuff and then move on while others stick to a gen or a single chuuba. Overall I think the diversity of chuubas has grown. /vt/ League has a growing number of active teams so I assume it's all natural what's happening.
