Who the fuck schedules their Friday, Saturday and Sundays?
*** Unless it is a part time job / side gig ***, wouldn't it make a whole more sense to schedule the weekdays and rest on the weekends?

Also, all this blaming on "deadlines" reminds me of three things
1) the "it's not always us" moment, with Kiara urging the girls to make a public commitment on holding to their end of the bargain
>We need to improve ourselves, because if we don't why would other people improve themselves.
and finishing their stuff on the deadline
https://streamable.com/rzax14
to which the girls ALMOST commited to, but Ina interjected
>it's not always us, sometimes it's them
and it became a "blame the management"
2) Kiara lamenting, at their off collab in Japan, that the girls had decided to blow a deadline for a recording and not even informing management about it, which she had to do
3) Also Kiara mentioning that management used to not hold the girls to "deadlines" and "things are turned in even ten days late"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jXJgsGDwks&t=1005

All of the EN girls are complaining about "deadlines" now and it's obvious why
>old EN management got pushed away
>JPs are managing things personally
>they expect deadlines to be fulfilled

Something really changed with EN management, and more likely than not they're having the girls at very least to deliver on commitments they assumed
