I mean, after going through her past stream lists, games she's played, and how she's played them, I think Bae overalls is already an amazing streamer in her own right.
She's comparing herself with Fauna, Kronii and Mumei mostly which as much as people will sheit on them and call them a failure Gen, they're still bringing big numbers regularly, it's just Bae getting the smaller piece of the pie when being put next to those giants.

She should try to focus on her own strengths that she rarely uses, she's an amazing singer but she barely streams Karaoke, her Original Song is the one that has the most views out of everyone in council and by far, she's an amazing VA but only used her skills in Valhalla.

Tldr: Stream more regularly, sing more regularly, and plan for her future projects more accordingly, find what her own strengths are and use them more creatively, rather than trying to copy what other Holomembers are doing.

At the end of the day, everyone wants the same thing, for their oshi to be the top of everyone else.
Most NijiEN members can't get near that and having Holo as their neighbors but being unable to hang out because of strict parents must be infuriating for them (and for some Holo's as well)

Unfortunately that's not going to happen since all it takes is one good Collab with one "memeable" moment that will get all clippers passing exposure to what is concidered Hololive's rival competition. Sucks but as a business perspective it's the smart move to do knowing how the Holo community can get out of control at times, Gura and Magni are primes examples of that

Hey man I love Hololive and will always support it and all that sheit, but downplaying the hard-earned achievements that Selen worked for just because she's in Niji is kinda messed up, those are good numbers regardless of what your bias opinion is.

Mumei ended up getting over 6k for her experimental EU stream, big question is if other Holo's would give it a try themselfs, I know NA brings in the best numbers but EU streams just seem more healthier for the streamer in general.

I always saw 5k median for big corpo streamers as their "healthy not dying but has room for improvement" kind of numbers.
Anything below that means that they're either losing core viewership (if they had over 5k+ in the past) and above that is that they're just attracting new audience (or being entertaining enough so that the old viewers stay)

I mean, it's not too crazy to think that their original goal might have been to aim for the female audience, kinda like how Vox does but in a much less extreme level, seeing that Regis has an ASMR stream planned and Magni had the whole love potion thing ready.
Of course just like Pekora, what you debut as vs the audience that you end up getting don't always match the streamer's goals and Tempus probably didn't expect to get meme'd to hell, to the point that they'd attract the regular male Hololive fans. (I don't really blame them for going that route seeing that the regular Hololive girl does the same towards their male audience)
So even if they were already planning on aiming for one audience pre-debut, they're likely already changing plans for the future seeing what they ended up getting after their debut.

Assuming you are actually a Tempus guy and are here because your nerves are out of control and you're looking everywhere to see what people's reactions are out of your announcement is.
Take my advice and blacklist this webpage, put some parental restrictions or some crap and make it so that you never look at this page past your debut day.
Dunno what you guys goals are, if you want to have fun, if you're looking to grow as a content creator, or just did it for the heck of it and just randomly got accepted. But just focus on your own thing, grow from your own audience, prove that the Holostars name isn't something that is just dead on arrival and break all expectations just like how Myth did. But Hololive wise Reddit likely takes double the amount that this place has in comparison, if this place had as much influce as you think it does it'd be very easily noticeable...
