I have a 2017 rig with a 1080, 16 GB RAM and I can get 100-144 fps in KK fully modded. If you can't run it in current year you can't run anything in current year.

The school sim part of the game is not designed to be filled with modded characters. The clothing, accessories and other modded parts are bloated and unoptimized which is fine when there are only 2-3 characters but will crash your computer when there's 2 dozen of them.
