To elaborate, this is something her yesmen and diehard fans will never admit because, as shown time and time again industrywide, they all want to be male pickmes and say "do whatever you want, you are free, I will not force you in any way" thinking that is the best course of action to gain her affection and help in her career.
You need to check your oshi when she really steps out, and you need to go hard, if you want her to improve.
In the case of Aletta, she got mindbroken by the backlash for the Alban yab. It might have been an over reaction for sure, but it did wonders for her.
Sadly, you need your oshi to "fear" you, the audience, to some degree to squeeze out the best content and interactions. A Vtuber who doesn't fear the audience is a vtuber who will fade out or crash out of the game.

Her correction worked better than expected thanks to her coscientious, open and agreable personality. She is now unironically mindbroken and fear any an all backlash, continues to shower the audience with love and seems to have developed a parasocial relationship with them.
