Hades is an okay game when you're playing it, but watching it on stream is not terribly interesting until you become an expert and can start doing runs with the increased difficulty modifiers.
He should look into playing roguelites that are actually interesting to watch at all levels like Noita. It is a shame though, because that game actually has Twitch integration that makes it much more entertaining but I don't think anyone has modded that functionality to work for YouTube.
