He is acting as therapist despite having no license to do so, in exchange for monetary compensation. Borderline illegal, if not criminal. His underage fans have been slicing his name into their arms to get his attention, this is the problems that unlicensed therapy can cause.

He used Finana's model without permission, stood in the middle of the Luxiem groupshot, and constantly tries to hog the attention for himself. His voice is a bad copy of CorspeHusband and his oshi mark is a LITERAL copy of CorpseHusband. He also completely copied Vox. He stooped so low that he put Chinese subtitles on his debut stream, trying to out-Vox the Vox

The actions of the vtuber "Hex Haywire" are morally duplicitous and borderline illegal. Pretending to be a therapist and helping people with their problems in exchange for monetary compensation, despite having no license to do so! His actions are harming underage people who are slicing open their arms to get his attention, this is the harm that unlicensed therapy can cause.

I suspect you can take him to court for this and present a very convincing case to a judge. This is unacceptable.
