Those aren't actually part of the definition dumfuck. Do you know what the word definition even means?
"Generally", "often" and "most commonly" are words that are put there for a fucking reason. They mean "these are not actually part of or inherent to the thing, but you'll commonly find these two things together". They are additional information to provide context that's meant to help people have a better picture of the thing and how they will likely encounter it in real life. They are NOT the definition, or part of it.
Look at pic related. You see where it says "especially in a dictionary" there? Do you think that fucking dictionaries are part of the actual definition of the word "definition" now?

This goes DOUBLY so for the context of which this entire discussion is taking place, where people are disagreeing with the definition of who qualifies as a loli, using things that you agree are not part of the exclusion criteria. That very problem was caused by thinking like yours.

TL;DR The point of a definition is to distinguish and give concepts clear dimention and... definition.
