Didn't really have any specific character in mind for the shota, was thinking just a generic young anime boy, but if you really need one, then there's one in Niji named Suzuki Masaru(picrel) who would fit the bill
For refs, I have a couple: I'd be willing to sacrifice the foot on head part for it being shota, as the size difference could make things kinda awkward
