Don't know. Seems like the snakegirl way would still work, but I don't know enough about centipedes to be sure. The idea always reminds me of this art I saw a while ago of a centipede girl coiled around a guy who had those light white-coloured scratches on his skin though.

I like the creativity and artistic parts around the avatars and I like getting to know other people's perspectives so I care less about irl content but I don't feel that strongly about it. I just skip it usually, but I also have some caveats regarding that. I do kinda get why people feel strongly about the subject in general though.
