How can you say this when the choice affects not just them but their coworkers and the entire company's brand? I get that it feels more fair to let them make their own choices, they should be able to interact with whoever they want privately, but they also have a responsibility to the fans and their co-workers to not ruin things for them just for their own selfish desires. At the end of the day they are supposed to be entertainers. Flirting with the opposite sex isn't entertaining for anyone.
