Ah, if you're in the fat stack race, then oshicoining is unlikely to influence your trading ranking much outside of "Investments" on your Oshi alone, since you have enough liquid to trade/invest into everything else to a reasonable degree. Thankfully, user ledgers can separate all earnings by coin, so you can deduct the financial losses on Oshi to see your performance, this is what I usually do.

Alright, it's time for Newhag Essential Numbers & Efficiency Primer.

1.) Read the OP. Really. Please.

2.) Understand that most people posting here have their net worths in the billions, so the strategies they are discussing (dividends, anything long-term) is geared for the end-game. New player experience is very different.

3.) Don't be afraid to ask stuff in the thread. If you have a question about how a certain game mechanic works, you'll get a couple of well-formulated answers. Just don't ask for specific trade advice too much, since people eventually get bored, but you'll likely get a response sometimes.

4.) Don't, and I repeat, DON'T multicoin. It's not stated clearly enough but the taxes on those transactions are debilitating - normally, you pay 4.5% tax on purchase with 1x and 0% tax on sell with 1x. On something like 5x, buy tax is 22.5% /per coin/, while sell tax at 5x is 15% per coin. It cuts into your profits A LOT, and is reserved for when you have enough funds that you can't spend them just by 1x.

5.) Do your reps. In the OP, you'll find holo.poi, which after 00:00 GMT (or, well, several hours after it) will show the scraped Youtube API numbers for the next day. This means that you have several hours where you KNOW what the next day's views are going to be! Compare them with yesterday's views, and try to guess which coins will adjust up!

6.) Trade broadly. The greatest advantage newfags have is that they can quickly shift positions/liquid around. Every day at 13:00 GMT "adjustments" happen where Youtube's API numbers are converted into gains or losses of value. You can quickly sell things that went into green and buy things that went into deep red. Shifting your net worth day-by-day is an amazing way to have 20-30% returns every day when you're just starting out. That being said...

7.) Don't excessively trade intra-day. I know some new players lost a lot of their net worth buying into coins and then selling them the same day, which usually takes out the 4.5% tax with it. You don't need to shift your capital several times in a single day, just be calm and trade from adjustment to adjustment, day by day.
