I will add on to this, take the example of Noel
I'm sure if you even remotely frequent this board or /jp/, then you would know about her second job. Its nature aside, it makes more money than any Holo could make from her job in Cover, I'm talking the kind of money that she could own two places in Tokyo and fund her own audio studio with high-end equipment. No one would blame her if she neglected her Hololive job to favor her other work but she never once did, even when she was stressed out from moving home, having a leg accident and having her menhera lonely fit, she still cared enough to put work into streaming as Noel.
The same Noel who cared for pretty much all her gen and Holo as a whole, who drove around personally to fix up Flare's horrible audio set up at the beginning of her gen, drive an inkiya/semi-NEET like Pekora to the office so they could get her the fan mails and presents sent to her, the same one who pretty much paid for all those her whole gen's sleepover and offcollabs and got the place ready at her home, with a whole room dedicated to Holo merch and having streams on her TV pretty much 24/7.
And remember, she joined Holo when it was a literal who compared to Niji, simply because her oshi was there, back when there is only a single chuuba thread for all companies on /jp/.
