she took a ton of time off a while ago, and clippers clipped her to keep her relevant. She came back to a huge audience of her old audience plus a bunch of newfags. She barely streamed for a while so it had the effect of when she did stream, it was sort of like an event akin to the viewership Ayame gets when she does stream and a lot of viewers tend to jump on to check her out live after an eternity. Shion just started to stream regularly instead and has been inclining because of that casualfag audience turning into dedicated viewership. At least that's my take on what's happened, but I know trying to understand trends in vtubing is futile and fickle.

It was a bad mistake on my part. It was really just complacency and a large assumption that I had did it right, despite me knowing that I had to load the preset switching manually before every match. I thought all the streamer had to do was just go to the load menu and everything would be there. Next time I'm going to be on that and make sure 100% it is there.
