I'm assuming you don't believe in ghosts. Plenty of people do, myself included. Tons of people I know do as well. The Japanese tend to be even more superstitious than Americans are. I genuinely believe Chloe was haunted and hope she's doing good now.

Lui saw things too, if I remember right. Everything points to there actually being a ghost. Don't expect anyone on this sight to admit it, though. The only two things I see people on this site pushing are either she's a schizo or there's demons.
I still can't get over the fact that I get called a schizo for believing in ghosts, but those same people insist demons are real.

Alright, I think the Orca went from the most overrated VTuber at the time of her debut to one of the most underrated VTubers in the entirety of Hololive (especially here)
People don't talk about her often but she's fucking entertaining and like Iroha, tires her best to communicate and speak with the Kagai Nikki's.
Not to mention all of Chloe's interaction with the En members have been gold(especially the council ones).
I am pretty sure that if I understood Japanese, she would be one of my absolute favourites
