Kind of need to actually get some lore down on why the Republic hates Infinitum in-universe so here are some thoughts. I'm not gonna archive dive for /inf/ so rep please confirm or fix anything I'm misremembering. Also can use a second opinion.

>first originating from cultural/social differences. Because kronies were adoptees of cultures from various realms of outer gods, it resulted in a culture almost completely opposite of /who/. due to many writings of folks who stayed in /inf/, /who/ as quite a low opinion of the country, despite their technically sister split status, the result of the great migration of council worshippers. (roughly the "debut era" for /inf/)
- placing too much power on individuals, often given to unsavory people (comparison with the republic)
- debauch culture, result of adoption of off-world culture
- lack of a functional institution to safeguard the people from abuse

>hatred of the nameless one by some extremely vocal clocks cemented the opinion. these elements within /inf/'s society bemoan that the nameless one supposedly stole the love and affliction from their kroniisiah. Other liturgical difference would create further rifts between the two nations. ("golden age"?)

>when some rogue elements within /inf/ started irregularly raiding the republic, the die is cast. hostility between the two would continue into the present day. (starting from late "golden age", I think)
