I think I've done it. I think I've finally cured my gacha addiction. It's silly, but all it took was googling "How do people keep up with so many gacha games." Some of the answers really opened up my mind.

It's not like I'm going to quit cold turkey, because I still enjoy the stories and stuff, but it made me realize I don't have to constantly do dailies all the time anymore. I can just play the story at my own pace and treat it like a regular game. I can continue playing them for the parts I enjoy and just not do the parts I don't enjoy. I wonder if this is how most people have been playing them all along.

The best time to start a gacha game is at launch. The second best time is now.
