Good Morning, Nature Anon here. I had to get some sleep but I'm now up and back to introducing the pack. Next is the bettwolf dog pup. His name is Sage. Sage is way shyer then his brother and spends more of his time hiding. I suspected Sage may not be able to hear very well which is why he is so shy. He isn't completely deaf but the rest of the pack make a point to be louder when he is near which adds to my suspicion. I suspect the fact I always walk quietly when on my research trips freaked him out cause he couldn't tell I was their as he seems more comfortable with me now that we are at the sanctuary and I'm walking louder again. I make a habit of walking louder around my hearing impaired animals so they know I'm there I will give Sage the same consideration from now on.

Nature Anon here, I did it! I caught a photo of the Bettel pup! He is very shy so I haven't been able to touch him yet. I think he is slightly deaf and that is why he is so shy since he can't here me well and I'm bigger then him. His brother likes me so hopefully he'll warm up soon.
