Nah, Doki's still got a lot of friends in the chinese vtuber scene. She did a super late night bilibili stream to hang out on their ARK server. She kept getting knocked out and stuffed in a cage.
That said, she still speaks Canto, so I'm pretty sure her connections and fans are mostly HK/Taiwan rather than china proper.

The irony of bilibili expecting Holo and getting Doki is just pottery, though.
